This retainer is made using an exact digital replica of your patient’s smile at its ideal alignment — submitted directly by you, the partnered doctor, using a recent intraoral scan. Each retainer is designed with comfortable, rounded edges and crafted from durable, translucent material for a precise, comfortable fit.
⚠️ Important: If your patient has not been consistently wearing their retainer, their teeth may have shifted. In such cases, a new retainer may not fit properly. If we notice any discrepancies during production, our team will contact your office before proceeding.
By submitting this order, you (the prescribing doctor) are acknowledging on behalf of your patient agreeing to the Retainers For Life® Terms & Conditions, including our Fit Guarantee. A copy of this order will be sent to your patient for their reference.
Fabrication & Shipping Times
Every retainer is made to order. This includes verifying the scan, generating the prescription, 3D printing the model, and fabricating the appliance. Please allow 5-7 business days from the order date for the patient to receive their retainer.
